Negotiating discounts on standard rates or reduced rates with all available hotel groups, private hotels and or other accommodation providers.
Arranging and amending air travel in accordance with the company’s travel policy. Keeping abreast of carrier schedule changes as well as all other alterations and new conditions affecting travel and make appropriate adjustments for any changes in flight schedules.
Booking vehicles in line with car rental companies and amending any confirmed bookings if necessary. Booking transport, including a driver, with shuttle service/car rental companies. Ensure that relevant information is shared with travelers regarding rental vehicles, like e-tolls, refueling, keys, rental agreements, damages and accidents, etc.
A consultant or a team of consultants will assist Travelers with after hours and emergency reservations and changes to travel plans. Giving you the best 24hrs of great customer services.
